The project consisting of factory buildings, administrative office, residential colony and complete external developments, roads, sewer lines, streetlights etc. The total covered area was over 10,00,000 sft. The design for the office complex was very intricate and the specifications called for very high quality finishes.

Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd. Construction of Factory Buildings along with Utilities and Housing colony at Village Lalru, Chandigarh-Ambala Road, P.O. Dappar, Distt. Patiala (Punjab). The total constructed area is more than 80000 m2.
