Century Textiles & Industries Ltd. Construction of 100% E.O.U. Cotton Yarn + Denim Manufacturing Complex at Village Satrati, Distt. Khargone (M.P.). The project consisting of factory buildings, administrative office, residential colony and complete external developments, roads, sewer lines, streetlights etc. The total covered area was over 10,00,000 sft. The design for the office complex was very intricate and the specifications called for very high quality finishes.
Gujarat
Civil work for Construction of Composite Textile Unit for M/s. Birla Century Textiles at Plot No.826, GIDC, Jhagadia, Distt. Bharuch (Gujarat). This is the single largest textile facility constructed at a single location at a time. The total area constructed is more than 170000 m2. The value of the works executed by us was Rs.67.37 Crores excluding the cost of cement, reinforcement steel, structural steel and roofing sheets. The project was completed in a period of 14 (fourteen) months.
Executed quantities in the project are – Excavation : 220000 cum., RCC : 40000 cum., Reinforcement Steel : 4000 MT, Brick work : 40000 cum., Structural Steel : 3000 MT, RCC Road : 30000 sqm.
The project consisted of Spinning, Weaving, Process Buildings, Raw Material Godowns, General Stores, Workshop, Compressor House, Substation, Chiller Buildings (2 nos.), Boiler House, Power Plant, DM Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Tank foundations, Roads, Drainage, Gate House, Underground Water Tank etc. covering multistoried RCC buildings upto 15.0 metres
