This project was completed in 3 phases running concurrently.  The total capacity created is 2000 workstation for a Call Centre for G.E. Capital.  The composite Structural steel/R.C.C. structure consisting of Basement + Ground and 5 floors of total covered area of 2,60,000 Sft. in which a floor of 37,500 Sft. area to be handed over every month.

Construction of Football House for FIFA (the world governing body for football) at Dwarka, New Delhi.

Construction of Orchid Plaza at Sun-City, Gurgaon (Haryana) for Vipul Infrastructure Developers Ltd. This is a RCC frame structure building with triple basement and six upper floors having total covered area approximately 450,000 sqft. The external façade is finished in Granite and Sandstone.

M/s Bharti Telesoft Ltd., Software Centre at 90-D, Sector-18, Gurgaon (Haryana). This is a Software Centre for M/s. Bharti Telesoft Ltd. having an area of about 80,000 Sft. in RCC structure of Flat Slab. Civil work & Interior of this building was also done by us. The building has variety of stone material used and is of high quality finish. The façade is of structural glazing with laminated reflective glass.

Gurgaon

Construction of Corporate Office Complex at Plot No.3, Sector-29, Gurgaon for Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO). This is a Corporate Office building for IFFCO having total covered area of approx.160000 sft. The building is a circular with external diameter of 58m and finished in fully unitized Structural Glazing.
